Nearly 10 years of service allowed me to work in almost every role at Golden Age. It gave me the opportunity to see how culture and arts can intersect with commercialism and revenue. I lead countless initiatives, worked closely with a growing team, increased revenue year on year, helped secure funding for an expansion effort. I became an expert in grant writing, securing almost $400,000 in various grants. My time there allowed me to expand my knowledge of product development, project management, business development, marketing and sales. 10 years of growth and personal development set me up for whatever the future may hold.
